VAM W1 Advanced Composite Repair Epoxy & Reinforcement Solution
VAM W1 is a high-performance composite wrap that provides strong adhesion,
mechanical strength, and resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemicals. Its
lightweight, flexible design conforms to complex shapes, applies at 20°C (68°F), and
withstands service temperatures up to 180°C (356°F) with a 20-year design life.
It reinforces and repairs pressurised
pipelines, tanks, and structures. Combined
with VAM R1, R2, and R3 sheets, it is effective
for reinforcement, leak sealing, and
emergency repairs—extending asset life and
reducing downtime. VAM W1 complies with
ASME PCC2 Article 401 standards for
composite repair systems.
