M1 Metal Paste Composite System
P1 is a high-performance, paste-grade composite repair system engineered for exceptional
adhesion and bonding without hot work. It offers superior resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and
chemical exposure, making it ideal for industrial repairs, sealing, and rebuilding. Designed for durability,
VAM P1 performs reliably in both dry and wet service conditions and withstands temperatures
up to 180°C (356°F) dry and 160°C (320°F) immersion, providing a versatile and effective
solution for demanding repair applications.
M1 is a two-component, paste-grade adhesive engineered for high mechanical and shear
strength. It serves as a safe alternative to welding and traditional fastenings, eliminating hot work.
Suitable for dry and wet service conditions, it withstands temperatures up to 110°C (230°F)
(dry) and 95°C (203°F) (immersion). Combined with VAM R1 reinforcement sheets, VAM M1
enhances the structural integrity of pipelines, steel and concrete columns, and offshore risers
in critical industrial applications.
